Descripción del trabajoAt least 1 year of forklift experience. Basic Math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division). Prior experience with UPS and FEDEX, or DHL software. Efficient in basic computer skills such as Microsoft Office. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong sense of organization and urgency. Able to work independently without constant supervision. Ability to lift and stack boxes. Walking and standing for long periods of time.
1st shift position
Schedule : Monday - Friday 7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm.
Job Responsibilities :
- Pulling orders and preparing for shipment to customers.
- Weighing and packing orders.
- Printing labels and shipping orders via UPS, DHL, and FEDEX system, ensuring accuracy.
- Hand stack orders on pallets.
- Ability to use a pallet jack and forklifts (Standup type and Sit-down type).
- Loading and unloading of containers and trucks.
- Verifying and signing for incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy.
- Daily count of inventory as well as end-of-year inventory.
- Data entry.
- Maintain proper amount of shipping supplies.
- Ensure racks / storage areas are neat and organized.
- General cleaning of work area.
- Other duties as assigned.
