Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Chinese/Mandarin Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus. You will manage client accounts, assist with insurance needs, and help grow our client base within the Chinese-speaking community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain client insurance accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
• Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Mandarin Chinese
• Assist clients with policy inquiries, claims, and renewals
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Collaborate with agency team members to meet sales and service goals
• Educate clients on insurance products and help tailor coverage to their needs
• Support agency marketing initiatives targeting the Chinese-speaking community

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken)
• Previous experience in insurance, account management, or customer service preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Proficient with computers and common office software
• Self-motivated with a client-focused attitude
