Descripción del trabajoImplement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, conduct procedures, and document care per company policy and regulations. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions. Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to the care provided. Apply sound nursing judgment in decision-making for patient care management. Provide both primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses. Administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as needed. Collaborate with the nursing team to develop a comprehensive Plan of Care for every patient. Guide ancillary personnel and uphold high standards of professional nursing.
