  • Full-time, flexible hours in the range of 6 : 00 AM - 6 : 30 PM, rotating weekends and holidays.

  • Apply today and hear back within 48 hours.   What You’ll Do : Lead daily kitchen operations to deliver high-quality, nutritious, and appealing meals for residents.
  • Oversee menu development that supports resident preferences, dietary needs, and seasonal ingredients.
  • Manage food and labor budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Train, mentor, and develop culinary and dining staff to maintain excellence in service and food preparation.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of ingredients and supplies.
  • Implement and monitor sanitation, food safety, and cleanliness standards in compliance with ServSafe and regulatory guidelines.

    • Collaborate with leadership to create a positive dining experience that reflects the community’s mission and values.   What You’ll Need :

  • ServSafe Manager certification (required). Emery Place will cover the cost and support you in earning it if needed.
  • Proven experience in food service management, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.

    • Cooking experience :

  • 2 years (required).

    • Management experience :

  • 2 years (required).
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, menu planning, and nutrition standards.
  • Experience managing budgets and controlling food and labor costs.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to develop and inspire teams.

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining compliance and safety standards.   Benefits Available to You :
