Descripción del trabajoServe as the primary technical expert on the employer's platform, demonstrating in-depth knowledge and expertise Drive customer adoption through effective onboarding and training processes Proactively ensure customers realize the full value of their investment by driving sustained adoption of the platform Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting customers to ensure seamless experiences Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with customers to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar experience preferred Minimum of 12 years of experience with strong project management skills Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages (e.g., Python), and hands-on experience with cloud environments 3+ years of hands-on experience with data and cloud technologies, including basic administration Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills, particularly in building strategic relationships Demonstrated expertise in Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Data Privacy / Protection, or Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) Prior experience in a technical customer-facing role within a software company Proven track record of owning customer relationships, including onboarding and expansion Ability to lead executive meetings and technical workshops Self-motivated and innovative team player
