What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Serve as the primary technical expert on the employer's platform, demonstrating in-depth knowledge and expertise
  • Drive customer adoption through effective onboarding and training processes
  • Proactively ensure customers realize the full value of their investment by driving sustained adoption of the platform
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting customers to ensure seamless experiences
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with customers to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement
  • What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar experience preferred
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience with strong project management skills
  • Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages (e.g., Python), and hands-on experience with cloud environments
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with data and cloud technologies, including basic administration
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills, particularly in building strategic relationships
  • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Demonstrated expertise in Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Data Privacy / Protection, or Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM)
  • Prior experience in a technical customer-facing role within a software company
  • Proven track record of owning customer relationships, including onboarding and expansion
  • Ability to lead executive meetings and technical workshops
  • Self-motivated and innovative team player
