Reports To : Sales Manager

Compensation Range : $75,000 - $105,000 annually

Based in Stockton, CA, this pivotal role involves a strategic approach to new business development and maintaining strong connections with both new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Proactively reach out to potential clients through targeted outbound calls and networking activities.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and past clients to foster repeat business.
• Identify and cultivate new client opportunities via cold calling and leveraging industry connections.
• Utilize effective probing techniques to gather valuable information and nurture client relationships.

Compensation :

We offer a competitive hourly rate ranging from $32 to $40, plus commission. Our commission structure is currently being optimized to better reward new business development. This is an exempt position with a primary focus on in-house responsibilities, enhanced by occasional local outreach activities.
