Descripción del trabajoProvide Advanced Procedural Support : You will assist physicians with hemodynamic and electrophysiological monitoring, as well as radiological support. This includes operating specialized equipment, troubleshooting issues, and training other team members on new technology and protocols. Operate Specialized Equipment : You will be proficient in operating radiologic and hemodynamic monitoring equipment, including EPIC for departmental functions, and will assist physicians in using specialized tools like IVUS, pressure wires, and Thrombectomy devices. Maintain the Work Environment : You'll ensure a sterile and safe environment by performing regular scrub downs, setting up procedure rooms, and managing supplies by communicating with the materials coordinator. Contribute to a Collaborative Team : You will work directly with patients and a diverse group of internal and external customers, including other healthcare professionals and hospital directors. You'll also support hospital goals through educational activities and process improvement initiatives. Education : Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program or documentation of Cardiovascular Credentialing International Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) credentials. Experience : A minimum of one year of experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory is preferred. Certifications : You must have registration from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-R) and / or registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCIS - Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist). Additionally, you must have your Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification, with Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification required within one year of employment. Skills : You are a detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. You are able to analyze data, organize your work effectively, and make independent judgments in a fast-paced, technical environment.
Cardiovascular Technologist
- Compensation : $32 / HR- $43 / HR
- Schedule : 40hr / week Monday-Friday 10hr shifts (will rotate) - 10-13 On Call days per month
- $15k Sign On Bonus / Relocation is available
