Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enrolled Agent or CPA to prepare complex tax returns, provide strategic tax planning services, and support our clients with their tax needs. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with a diverse client base while contributing to the growth of our firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review individual, business, trust, and estate tax returns
• Provide tax planning and consultation services to clients
• Research complex tax issues and develop practical solutions
• Respond to IRS notices and correspondence on behalf of clients
• Handle IRS matters and represent clients when needed
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service
• Stay current on tax law changes and their implications for clients
• Mentor and support junior staff members
• Collaborate with other team members on client engagements
