Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist with at least 2 years of interventional cath lab experience and active RCIS or ARRT (CI) certification.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

Work in an acute care cardiac cath lab with one cath and one IR suite, as well as admit and recovery areas

Average 5-6 diagnostic and interventional cardiac cases per day, no TAVR or open heart procedures

Schedule of four 10-hour day shifts per week, 0700-1730, with call as needed

On-call coverage required, including weeknights from 1730-0700 and one weekend per month, with a 30-minute response time

Must be able to float to pre and post care for cath lab, GI, and IR patients

Uses Epic EMR and GE MacLab equipment

Responsibilities include scrubbing and monitoring for cardiac cath lab and IR procedures, as well as float coverage in pre / post areas

Small, flexible team with collaborative mentality; schedule may vary with staff changes

Orientation includes 3 days on unit with preceptor and Epic EMR classes

Scrubs are provided

Must be able to transition between cath lab and IR cases as needed

Holiday coverage handled through call shifts

Candidates should not have been employed by any affiliated system in the past year if seeking consideration

Epic EMR class is required during assignment; timing may not coincide with first week

\n \n Requirements\n

Minimum 2 years of recent interventional cath lab experience

Certified Cardiac Interventional Radiography via ARRT (CI) or RCIS via CCI required

Washington State Radiologic Technologist license required—must provide own radiation badge

Active certifications must be held at time of consideration; pending certifications or licenses not accepted

Copy of driver's license required for consideration

Must provide two references : one supervisor from the last 12 months, and one peer or supervisor from the last 3 years, with employment dates and rehire eligibility

Experience with Epic EMR and GE MacLab preferred

License required if applicable
