DevOps Engineer

A company is looking for a DevOps Engineer to manage and optimize their Ruby on Rails platform in AWS and Kubernetes environments.

Key Responsibilities

Deploy and manage Ruby on Rails applications in AWS and Kubernetes, ensuring high availability and scalability

Implement and maintain security best practices across the infrastructure

Monitor application and infrastructure logs to identify and resolve issues proactively

Required Qualifications

Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in computer science

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a DevOps engineering role

Advanced expertise in AWS, Postgres, NGINX, and Kubernetes

Experience with Ruby programming language

Extensive knowledge of Ubuntu and experience with CI / CD tools
