Prospect Research Analyst

A company is looking for a Prospect Research Analyst II to support its fundraising team through research and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive research on philanthropic donor prospects and analyze giving patterns

Translate data into actionable insights, providing research reports and donor profiles to inform fundraising strategies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate donor research insights into fundraising campaigns

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., nonprofit management, fundraising, data analytics)

Three+ years of experience in prospect research or related roles in the nonprofit sector

Robust analytical skills to synthesize data and provide actionable insights

Proficiency in fundraising CRMs (preferably Salesforce) and data visualization tools

Ability to utilize various online databases and research tools for prospect analysis
