Ruby Canyon Dental is seeking a skilled and compassionate dentist to join our team, providing comprehensive care to an established and loyal patient base. To excel in this role, you must be caring, communicative, and adept at explaining dental treatments and procedures in a way that patients can easily understand. Requirements

Qualifications & Licensure Requirements

Education

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.

Licensure & Certification

Active and unrestricted Colorado State Dental License issued by the Colorado Dental Board.

Current DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) registration for prescribing controlled substances.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR certification (Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred).

Clinical Experience

Minimum of 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred, though new graduates with strong clinical skills may be considered.

Proficiency in general dentistry procedures, including exams, restorative dentistry, extractions, prosthodontics, and periodontal care.

Experience with digital radiography, intraoral cameras, and modern dental technology.

State Compliance & Continuing Education

Compliance with Colorado state requirements for continuing education (30 CE hours every two years, including opioid training if prescribing).

Understanding of and adherence to Colorado Dental Practice Act and other regulatory guidelines.

Quarterly True-Up Payments: Ensures your earnings align with production levels.
