A community healthcare system is seeking a Family Medicine Physician / Internal Medicine to work in Burlington, Vermont!

Live and work in beautiful Burlington and enjoy everything the outdoors have to offer!

  • Multispecialty FQHC facility serving the Burlington, VT area
  • 9 Locations caring for over 32K patients
  • Established in 1971

    • About the Role :

  • Location : Burlington, Vermont
  • Work in beautiful Burlington Vermont that has incredible lake and mountain views
  • Outpatient Primary Care - Family Medicine Physician / Internal Medicine
  • Develops a plan of care for each patient, including medical history, physical examination, diagnosis and appropriate treatment and / or referral
  • Uses all available resources in diagnosis and treatment, such as laboratory and others tests in an appropriate and efficient manner
  • Affinity for working with a culturally and economically diverse patient population.
  • Participates in quality assurance and quality improvement efforts.

    • Background :

    Board Eligible / Board Certified - Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

    Able to hold a Vermont state medical license
