Ability to lead a fun and engaging environment and develop team members. A strong passion for food and beverage. Self-driven with a desire to keep learning and growing. Problem-solving skills. Leadership qualities with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Strong accountability and intelligence in decision-making. Ability to listen and communicate effectively. Support team members and conduct line checks. Prepare end-of-shift and daily financials. Follow best practices and guidelines to meet operational standards. Manage day-to-day operations to ensure great guest experiences. Foster an environment that supports the restaurant's culture and integrity. Collaborate with the team to create a positive atmosphere.
