Job Summary

The Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer will be responsible for leading the accounting function for Delek US Holdings and Delek Logistics. This is a strategic leadership position focused on process improvement, leveraging technology and developing the team. This position requires a leader with strong analytical and strategic abilities who can effectively manage the accounting process and will engage frequently with the executive team and Board. The ideal candidate has a strong foundational knowledge of US GAAP and understands the SEC reporting requirements in order to effectively interface with the external reporting area. This position is responsible for maintaining and implementing accounting policy, process improvements, and system implementations / upgrades. Delek is a growth organization which requires the VP, Chief Accounting Officer to lead ongoing operational M&A activities.

The Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer will be the Finance point person that partners with business leaders ensuring that the accounting process effectively supports the current business as well as focusing on future improvements. This role will interface with a large group of finance and business leaders such as the EVP of Commercial, EVP of Logistics, EVP of IT and SVP of Supply Chain in addition to various other cross functional areas including the business units.
