A company is looking for a People Operations Specialist (REMOTE - TEMPORARY).
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee onboarding, changes, and offboarding primarily in Paycom and Lattice
Maintain accurate employee data, titles, compensation, and reporting structures
Administer benefits across vendors and systems; support enrollment and employee inquiries
Qualifications
Experience in HR or People Operations
Familiarity with HRIS / payroll systems (Paycom preferred)
Ability to manage sensitive information
