Required : Current Oregon RT License; ARRT registered; Capable of all routine diagnostic procedures including but not limited to : Routine, Fluoroscopic, OR, Trauma, Portable radiographs or fluoroscopy; limited specials such as Myelograms, and Venograms.

License to Submit : Yes

Trauma Level : 3

Care Setting : Acute

Division :

Shift Notes : primarily 11p-7a- graveyard shift Tuesday- Saturday

Required Certifications : ARRT, BLS
