• Monday ‐ Friday, 8am ‐ 5pm with 1 : 6 weekend call rotation
• 10 ‐ 14 patient encounters per shift
• 85% clinic, 15% hospital setting
• 25% hematology, 75% oncology patient mix
• Phone consults required with 20‐minute response time
