  • Experience – Background in construction or commercial roofing is highly desirable.
  • Equipment skills – Certified to operate a forklift or MEWP? That’s valuable!
  • Driver’s license – A valid license and clean record make you a huge asset.

  • Safety mindset – Already OSHA 10 certified or worked for a safety-focused company? That’s a big plus.

    • About the Role – Commercial Roofer / Laborer

    You will :

  • Work outdoors in all elements (yes, you’ll get paid to get a tan!)
  • Lift 50+ lbs regularly, bend, climb, kneel—this job will keep you fit
  • Be comfortable working at heights
  • Follow job specifications and safety guidelines on the roof

    • Bonus if You Have :

  • Knowledge of commercial roofing systems : BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC (but don’t worry—we will train you!)
  • Experience in residential or commercial roofing or general construction
  • A valid driver’s license

    • Working Conditions :

  • Job site-based (field environment with exposure to heights, noise, weather)
  • Physically demanding : standing, climbing, lifting
  • Occasional travel
