As a Store Manager Trainee, you'll train on all aspects of successfully running a store in preparation for running your own store. You'll be involved in supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, identifying staffing needs, managing schedules, and developing operational action plans while mentoring and developing the team. Relocation required after successful completion of the temporary training program in Des Moines, IA (est. 6-9+ months), the position will require relocation up to 130 miles. Possible relocation cities include Fort Dodge, Waterloo, or Cedar Falls, IA.

Position Type : Full-Time Estimated Hours : 45 hours per week Store Manager Trainee Starting Wage : $28.50 per hour Estimated Store Manager Earning Potential Year 1 : Up to $109,000 (inclusive of salary and bonus when applicable)
