Key Responsibilities
Hire, develop, and coach employees while managing performance objectives and conducting reviews
Mediate issues, manage risks, and lead process improvements to enhance service delivery
Maintain departmental budget and collaborate with Workforce Management teams for consistent practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Five years of experience in an operational or strategic setting with two years of leadership experience
Experience in measuring team performance results
Experience in the Health Insurance Industry (preferred)
Relevant training in facilitation, servant leadership, Agile, and crucial conversations (preferred)
