Title: Hardware Asset Management Analyst
Location: Remote
Your key responsibilities:
• Assists with the coordination of provisioning and deprovisioning of hardware for new hires, and scheduling end of life hardware replacements
• Help drive critical business decisions by analyzing metrics and designing reports
• High level of cross departmental communication with the HR, IT, and AP
• Coordinate with vendors and warehouse regarding order status, shipping dates, issues, and product availability
• Assist with vendor relationship management
To qualify for the role you must have:
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent customer service attitude.
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of end users and IT personnel.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to analyze data while maintaining a strategic vision for overall process improvement.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Power Automate or similar tools.
• Experience working in ServiceNow or similar platforms as well as knowledge of the IT asset management lifecycle will be beneficial, but not required.
