Location : Atlanta, Boston, Cincinnati, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Nashville, New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco, San Jose, Seattle

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of transformational deals, working as a team to solve complex challenges.
  • Integrate into complex client teams, developing and cultivating relationships.
  • Help develop staff and senior team members, ensuring their career development.

Skills and Attributes for Success

  • Experience handling divestitures, including carve‑outs, spins and full‑enterprise sales.
  • Analyze financial and operational results of businesses to be sold through reviewing accounting records and conducting interviews.
  • Assist clients in preparation of SEC filings, including carve‑out audited financial statements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and cash‑flow seasonality.
  • Strong Excel skills; knowledge of Alteryx and Power BI a plus.

    • Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 5 years related work experience, or a graduate degree with ~4 years experience.
  • Significant public accounting experience.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Prioritization and adaptability to new challenges.
  • Negotiation and influencing skills; relationship building.
  • Reside or commute to the office location.
  • Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours.
  • Ability to identify and assess business and technical issues, delivering strategic recommendations.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven record of excellence in audit or M&A transaction role.
  • Active CPA certification.
  • Experience in a large professional services organization.
  • Relevant industry networking skills.
  • Knowledge of firm‑approved AI tools.

    • What We Offer

  • Comprehensive compensation and benefits package; base salary range $120,400 to $220,700 in the U.S. (NYC, Washington State, California excluding Sacramento : $144,500 to $250,900). Total Rewards includes medical, dental, pension, 401(k), and paid time off.
  • Hybrid model : most client‑serving roles work in person 40–60% of the time.
  • Flexible vacation policy; paid holidays, breaks, personal / family care, and other leaves.
