Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered :
- 7+ Years of Experience with Salesforce.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on sales and marketing objectives for strategic customer targeting, call planning, customer valuation and segmentation across APUS entire product portfolio
- Strong working knowledge of relevant software systems (e.g., MS Excel, Access, MS Word PowerPoint, ) is required
- Provide analytic, sales reporting, strategic customer targeting and performance measurement to support Health Systems and formulary pull-through programs
- Plan and deliver the annual own retail-training plan the training budget plus support on the training calendar for franchise, key accounts and field for delivery by HR Trainer
- Benchmark our trainings with the trainings offered by key competitors
- Support the business line through sound governance and tracking of all new hires, ensuring operational risk is proactively managed
- Manage and coach project consultants during the course of executing client and internal project assignments
- Exercise good judgement in making decisions balancing shareholder risk and client experience
