We are partnered with a leading independent regional insurance agency in high-growth mode, known for their longevity and strong reputation to help them source a seasoned commercial insurance leader to head its high-performing Commercial Lines Client Service team. This is a strategic leadership role focused on operational excellence, team development, and client service delivery across a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, people leadership, and a passion for driving growth through collaboration and process improvement. This position offers a hybrid schedule after 90 days and reports directly to the COO.
