Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee civil cases from beginning to end, including filing the initial petition

Conduct legal research and analyze issues, facts, and precedents relevant to cases

Draft and prepare various legal documents, handle the discovery process, and negotiate settlements

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Member of the Texas Bar Association

3+ years of experience in handling civil litigation
