Our client is seeking a Regional Industrial Project Manager to lead operations. This role oversees regional project execution, sales development, financial performance, and team leadership—with a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Regional Industrial Project Manager Key Responsibilities :

  • Promote and maintain a strong safety culture
  • Lead regional sales strategy and business development
  • Analyze markets and monitor competitor activities
  • Oversee financial performance, budgets, and project metrics
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop project managers and field staff
  • Build and manage customer relationships
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and goal setting

    • Regional Industrial Project Manager Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred, or 5+ years’ industrial project management experience
  • Minimum 3 years in INDUSTRIAL CONTRACTING
  • OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
  • Strong team leadership and multi-project management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Project, and Outlook
  • Clean driving record and ability to participate in company auto insurance policy
  • Strong career progression including solid work tenure
  • Ability and desire to work a flexible schedule including some regional travel
