Job Description & Requirements Specialty : OR - Operating Room Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 17 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 10 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours (for 3x12s) or 40 hours (for 8s / 10s) Critical Experience Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Experience Required : 2 years of direct Liver / Transplant OR RN experience (non-negotiable) Must have strong Liver, Heart, Lung, and Kidney Transplant experience clearly reflected on the skills checklist Must be proficient with Misonix / CUSA Must have experience performing organ implantation (putting organs into recipients) — not just harvesting Certifications Required : ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – at submission BLS (Basic Life Support) – at submission NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) – must obtain prior to start Skills General Surgery : Appendectomy Cholecystectomy Colon Resection Hernia Repair (Inguinal / Umbilical) Laparoscopic-Assisted Procedures Mastectomy Whipple Equipment / Instrumentation / Supplies : Electrosurgical Units Fiber Optic Light Sources / Cords Hana Table Steris Transplant (Required) : Heart Kidney Liver Lung Organ Donation Emergency Management : Fire Safety Professional Knowledge & Skills : Infection Control Laser Safety Specimen Handling / Labeling Universal Protocol (Time-Out Procedure) Urinary Bladder Catheterization Wound Management PJ -HC (3039234) About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
