Administrative Assistant II

ProSidian seeks an Administrative Services Administrative Assistant II (AS5) [Key Personnel | W-2 Employee - Exempt 874-1 Consultant] located in Fort Worth, TX to provide Financial Services Sector related Human Capital Solutions for Administrative Support Services Services on behalf of The Department of the Treasury (USDT). These services are considered part of the ProSidian Financial Services Sector Group with overall focus being Financial Services Sector Group : Building The Future Of Financial Services With Forward Thinking Solutions. under NAICS Code : 541611 - Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services for The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) with service(s) also characterized as Provide Administrative Support Services for the Department of the Treasury | The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP).

Provide Administrative Support Services for the Department of the Treasury (USDT) | Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP). As an Administrative Assistant II, you will provide comprehensive administrative support services for the Department of the Treasury's Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP). The BEP is a government agency responsible for designing and producing various security products for the US Government, including paper money (Federal Reserve Notes) for the Federal Reserve. In this role, you will be accountable to The ProSidian Engagement Team, who is responsible for delivering administrative support services to different program offices within the BEP. The project operates under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), with a five-year performance period. The team is responsible for maintaining quality control and complying with security requirements to protect government information and property.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide assistance to senior executives, managers, and supervisors in tasks related to management and general business operations. This includes screening calls, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, coordinating meetings and events, conducting research, preparing reports and data, maintaining customer relations, and handling special projects. You will need to have strong computer skills, proficiency in internet research, and experience in project coordination. Additionally, you should be able to work effectively with individuals at all levels of management and staff, as well as external clients and vendors. Sensitivity to confidential matters may also be required in this role.

Responsibilities and duties include :

  • Performs varied administrative and support tasks required for executive management.
  • Responsibilities may include screening calls; managing calendars; making travel, meetings and event arrangements; conducting research; preparing reports and data; customer relations; special projects.
  • Requires strong computer and Internet research skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of management and staff, outside clients and vendors. Sensitivity to confidential matters may be required.
  • Advanced experience with general office software programs and standard office equipment.

  • Minimum Education : Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum Experience : 4 years
  • Proven administrative experience
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
