Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager oversees the end-to-end management of new club development, remodels, expansions, and capital improvement projects. This role bridges construction execution with real estate deal deliveryreviewing, negotiating, and coordinating all technical aspects of plan development and review, landlord work letters, tenant improvement allowances, delivery conditions, utilities, entitlements, permitting, and lease compliance. The ideal candidate combines strong project management discipline with commercial real estate fluency, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to lease obligations and corporate standards.

Contract and Vendor Relationships

• Establish and maintain general contractor relationships to support competitive bidding, consistent quality, and vendor accountability.
• Negotiate and manage construction contracts in partnership with Legal and Procurement.
• Verify contractor licenses, insurance, and safety compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for landlord construction coordination and dispute resolution.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $145000.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
