JOB SUMMARY :

We are seeking a Finance Support Specialist to join our dynamic team, located in New York, NY or SEA40. This role is essential to the team, focusing on supporting forecasting efforts, managing requisitions and headcount, and handling P&L reporting. The successful candidate will work on a hybrid schedule, contributing to our business planning and financial projections.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Support forecasting efforts of operating expenses, headcount, and resource allocation.
• Manage requisitions and headcount management in the roster.
• Create and manage P&L reporting in financial systems such as Cognos.
• Assist with headcount management or planning.
• Handle large data sets for financial planning and forecasting.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Industry Experience Required :

5+ years in finance support, preferably within a similar industry.

BA required; secondary degree preferred.
