Job Description
Manage and oversee engineering projects from initiation to completion. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and timelines. Develop and implement engineering strategies to improve efficiency and performance. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Collaborate with other departments to support company objectives. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team. Monitor project budgets and allocate resources effectively. Evaluate and improve existing processes for optimal results.

The Successful Applicant
B.S. in Engineering Discipline, with a minimum of 7 years of industry experience (B.S. in Mechanical Engineering strongly preferred) including 3 or more years of management experience High level of emotional intelligence, with ability to build relationships and engage employees at all levels in the organization to drive improvements Exceptional leadership skills demonstrated through employee coaching, development and accountability Sound judgment and analysis skills to make the right decisions to manage risk Passion to lead change in health, safety and environmental stewardship Excellent communication skills Knowledge of OSHA PSM
