IHI Power Services Corp. (IPSC) has a career opportunity for an O&M Manager - Maintenance at Rio Bravo Rocklin power plant located in Lincoln, CA. Rio Bravo Rocklin is a biomass facility utilizing a Circulating Fluidized Bed (CFB) boiler to generate of base load renewable power. Salary range $130K to $145K (negotiable based on experience).

Job Summary:
A key member of plant management staff. Responsibilities include leading the O&M Technicians assigned to plant maintenance. The manager is responsible for maintaining all plant production equipment employing sound safety, environmental and operating principles within the guidelines of the applicable Power Purchase and Operating Agreement. Participates in the employee selection process. Ensures that all maintenance training and qualification standards for O&M Technicians assigned to maintenance are in order. Develops and updates plant maintenance procedures. Responsible for all aspects of the plant’s computerized maintenance management system. Provides training as required. Develops annual plant maintenance budget.
