Key Responsibilities

Review scanned medical records and identify risk factors

Update new patient information for future visits

Integrate outside records into charts from Care Everywhere when available

Required Qualifications

2 years of applicable experience

Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross

Associate Degree in a relevant field
