Stiltsville is seeking a General Manager at our beautiful venue on Miami Beach.

The General Manager at Stiltsville Fish Bar is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the restaurant. General Manager ensures the delivery of exceptional dining experiences to guests while maintaining high standards of service, quality, and profitability. The General Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals, maintaining a positive work environment, and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide strong leadership and guidance to the restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all departments, including front-of-house and back-of-house.

Ensure guests receive exceptional service and a memorable dining experience.

Develop and manage budgets, revenue forecasts, and financial goals in collaboration with the executive team.

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
