Descripción del trabajoPrevious experience as a grill cook or in a similar role in the food industry. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Great attitude and willingness to work hard and enjoy the awesome work environment.
Line and Grill Cook Duties :
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Operate grill and other kitchen equipment effectively and safely.
- Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and presented in an appealing manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including equipment, utensils, and storage areas.
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures.
