A company is looking for a Primary Care Physician (Family Med Only) IMLC or WI, IA, MN, 100% Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Provide on-demand Acute Care and scheduled Primary Care

Educate patients on appropriate treatments and care plans for their health needs

Manage patient follow-ups for chronic care programs

Required Qualifications

3+ years of post-residency work experience

State licenses in WI, MN, IA

Active IMLC and board-certified Family Physician

Primary care and behavioral health experience

Prior experience with EPIC EMR
