Senior Data Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst, Clinical Quality and Product.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate actionable insights and build dashboards

Identify and refine performance metrics to align with strategic goals and demonstrate program value

Lead analytical efforts to support healthcare accreditation submissions and ensure compliance with quality standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, data science, or related field, or equivalent experience

7+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in healthcare or digital health

Expert SQL skills and proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R

Advanced knowledge of BI tools and data visualization, especially Tableau

Experience analyzing data related to clinical outcomes or quality improvement initiatives
