Purpose

The Senior Manager of Marketing will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote new home communities, increase brand awareness, and drive lead generation through multi-channel marketing efforts. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, purchasing, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment with company goals. This position will also lead efforts in search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising (PPC), social media, email marketing, and website optimization to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns that support overall business goals. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and skilled at multi-channel marketing, particularly within the real estate or homebuilding industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing Strategy : Continuously optimize digital marketing efforts to improve lead generation and sales conversion rates.
• SEO & SEM Management : Lead efforts to optimize the company's website for search engines (SEO), ensuring the site ranks well for targeted keywords. Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns, ensuring that they are optimized for performance and cost efficiency.
• Website Management : Oversee website content and performance, ensuring that the site is user-friendly, mobile-optimized, and aligned with best practices for SEO and lead generation.
• Email Marketing : Ensure that email communications are segmented, personalized, and optimized for conversions.
• Content Strategy & Creation : Ensure all digital content is SEO-optimized and aligned with brand messaging.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure digital marketing efforts align with overall business objectives and sales goals. Collaborate on integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Event Planning : Lead the planning and execution of promotional events, such as grand openings, realtor tours, and community engagement activities.
• Collaboration with Sales Teams : Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and ensure consistent messaging throughout the buyer journey.
• Vendor Management : Collaborate with external vendors, such as creative agencies, PR firms, and digital marketing partners, to execute campaigns and enhance the company’s presence in the market.
• Market Research & Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages within the new home industry. Use data to inform marketing strategies and product positioning including maintaining a real estate license to run effective and efficient comparative analysis on market areas.
• Vendor & Agency Management : Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies responsible for digital marketing services, ensuring that they meet performance expectations and deadlines.
• Lead Generation & Nurturing : Develop strategies for capturing and nurturing leads online, using digital tools such as landing pages, lead magnets, and marketing automation systems.
• Analytics & Reporting : Use data to inform decision-making and continuously optimize campaigns.
• Social Media Marketing : Leverage social media for lead generation and brand awareness.
• Content Creation : Oversee the creation of engaging content for blogs, social media, websites, email marketing, and advertising campaigns that highlight community features, sustainability initiatives, and special promotions.
• Lead Generation : Create campaigns to generate high-quality leads, nurture prospective buyers through targeted content, and drive traffic to model homes, sales centers, and the company website.
• Leadership : Manage marketing team members, ensure the team has clear direction, coach and mentor, ensure deliverables are complete.
