8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with 4+ years in machine learning

Preferred mix of in-house and agency recruiting experience

Proven ability to source and engage specialized ML talent

Experience with structured hiring and defining interview processes

Comfortable analyzing data to inform recruitment strategies
