We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst Programmer with at least years of professional experience in designing, building, and maintaining end-to-end data pipelines and analytics solutions across on-premises and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have strong ETL expertise, hands-on experience with Azure data services, solid data modeling and warehouse design skills, and a strong commitment to data quality, governance, and compliance.

Milestone Deliverables :

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL / ELT pipelines using both on-premises and cloud-based tools, including IBM InfoSphere DataStage, Microsoft SSIS, and Azure Data Factory (ADF), based on the project plan.
• Build and manage scalable data pipelines and storage solutions using Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure Data Lake Storage, ensuring efficient data ingestion, transformation, and retrieval, based on the project plan.
• Develop and optimize data solutions using Python, R, T-SQL, and PL / SQL to support analytics, reporting, and downstream applications.
• Work with traditional on-premises relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and DB, including performance tuning and data integration.
• Design and implement data models, data warehouses, and architectural frameworks that support enterprise reporting and analytics needs.
• Create and maintain Power BI datasets, data models, and reports, ensuring optimized performance and accurate business insights.

Daily / Weekly expectations

Minimum Qualifications : Candidate Must Meet All Minimum Qualifications

Expert level / Minimum three () years’ experience in : ETL development using on-premises and cloud tools.

Python, R, T-SQL, and / or PL / SQL.

Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure Data Lake Storage

Design and implement data pipelines following Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers)

Advance level / Minimum one () year’ experience in : On-premises databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB).

Power BI and Power BI data modeling.

Minimum one () year’ experience in : Data modeling and data warehouse design and architecture for on-premises and cloud environments.

Data governance, validation, monitoring, and lineage management.
