Marketing Support Manager

Description

• Able to develop and maintain detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Ability to convey ideas and communicate clearly and effectively.
• Able to collaborate and communicate with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support ad hoc collateral requests.
• Post electronic files to internal storage and file delivery systems.
• Work and follow up with project leads on issues and status.
• Participate in team meetings and then follow-up with meeting tasks and to do lists.
• Data entry and database management must be highly accurate.
• Process daily, weekly and monthly reporting to ensure all schedules run smoothly, all jobs are completed as prescribed, and all invoicing is processed in a timely fashion.
• Review, follow-up and validate all milestone deliverables with contractors in a timely manner.
• Communicate and accurately convey information to all relevant stakeholders in a concise and clear manner.
• Work closely with data teams, field operations, and vendor partners to align execution priorities and resolve discrepancies in merchandising content.
• Work closely with project managers and merchandising teams to ensure planogram accuracy and alignment with store layouts and execution goals.
• Supporting team members with marketing project execution, ensuring all job details are accurately completed, and following up with marketers to provide missing information in request forms.
• They will deliver both verbal and written updates to the team, manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, and effectively handle tight deadlines and the ability to provide detailed project overviews is a must.

Technical Certification Bonus : Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
