Job Details : CRM Project Manager

Liberty Personnel is seeking a CRM Project Manager with hands-on experience implementing and managing DealCloud to lead CRM initiatives at a top AM Law firm.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the implementation and enhancement of DealCloud across the firm.
  • Collaborate with BD, IT, and practice leaders to define CRM needs and priorities.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and vendor relationships.
  • Oversee data integrity, integrations, and user adoption.
  • Provide training and support to attorneys and staff.
  • Track system performance and suggest improvements.

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of CRM / project management experience, ideally in a law or professional services firm.
  • 2+ years of direct experience with DealCloud.
  • Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with system integrations and data governance is a plus.
