Customer Service Representative II Investigator Support Coordinator

Location : 8211 Scicor Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46214

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 10 : 00 AM 7 : 00 PM EST (Saturday shifts required several times per year)

Pay Rate : Starting at $22.00 / hour

Duration : 1 year contract

About the Role

We are seeking a bilingual Investigator Support Coordinator to join our team and help advance healthcare by supporting investigative sites. This role is ideal for someone passionate about customer service, detail-oriented, and fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese.

Key Responsibilities :

• Communicate lab results, flags, and test cancellations to investigator sites, sponsors, and affiliates.
• Resolve accession holds and update project teams on delays.
• Maintain accurate database records and coordinate additional testing needs.
• Respond to project-related inquiries via phone and email.
• Track and report metrics, document service failures, and escalate unresolved issues.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external clients.
• Ensure patient safety and advocate for investigator site needs during process changes.

Qualifications

High school diploma required. Minimum 2 years of phone-based customer service experience. Must be bilingual in English / Spanish or English / Portuguese. Strong verbal communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
