Descripción del trabajoCompetitive compensation with base pay based on experience. Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans. Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 , along with student loan forgiveness programs up to $20,000 . Tuition assistance up to $7,200 for continued education. Work-life balance with self-scheduling, minimal holiday commitment, and weekend program options. Float between Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units. Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. Participate in providing therapeutic patient care through the nursing process. Maintain clear communication with patients and family, involving them in care planning. Minimum of 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred). Current Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Ability to meet scheduling requirements : 2 Mondays, 2 Fridays, and 1 weekend per 6-week rotation.

- Pay Range : $37.50 - $56.25
