On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of the Navy within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) organization. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review and manage multiple team milestones and key performance indicators (KPIs).

You Have :

5+ years of experience managing Department of War (DoW) programs and projects, including generating roadmaps and documenting milestones, dependencies, and risks

Experience leveraging program and project management tools within a digital transformation project, including Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for task management, planning, and scheduling

Experience coordinating and facilitating recurring meetings and engagement sessions, including with senior defense officials and key stakeholders, across internal and external teams to maintain program consistency

Experience developing high-level briefs for senior military and government officials to communicate complex findings and strategy updates

Experience using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, chart generation, VLOOKUP, and If-Then statements to generate client-ready reports and manage program progress

Knowledge of Agile principles, including the Scaled Agile Framework

Ability to manage organizational charts, talent reporting, and support Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) divestments through requirements collection and data updates

Ability to provide financial tracking and process monthly vendor invoices in compliance with DoW federal standards

Bachelor’s degree

Secret clearance

Nice If You Have :

Experience leading large-scale DoW IT digital transformation or modernization, or Azure cloud migration efforts

Experience supporting a Navy program or project

Experience with Azure DevOps

Knowledge of vendor contracts and task order management

Scrum Master Certification

Clearance :

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
