Descripción del trabajoCompetitive pay based on experience and willingness to learn 5 types of commissions for Leasing Agents on top of hourly pay. Guaranteed 40 hours per week. 5 day work-week; one day off during the week and every other Saturday, ALL Sundays and all major holidays off! 48 hours PTO per year, with unlimited carryover. FREE MEDICAL INSURANCE for you and your family (preventative care). PAID training from in-house corporate trainer. Multiple employee events and giveaways throughout the year. Open-door corporate policy to encourage feedback without fear. Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants Housing and HUD experience a plus. Minimum 2-years experience required. Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials, included but not limited to flyers, pick it signs Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospect customers Confirm rental application data and personal references Stay knowledgeable of the property market status Tax Credit Experience (preferred) Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically Proven working experience as a leasing agent Working knowledge of multi-family law and leasing practices. Knowledge of Bluemoon, Onsite, Knock Proven track of successful sales record Up to date with property market status MS Office familiarity Excellent communication and negotiation skills Persuasive with marketing and sales skills Customer service orientation Property leasing Fair Housing regulations
