Descripción del trabajoGravity is an advertising network for AI chat Enables advertisers to embed ads in relevant conversations Ads write themselves using AI Launched 3 months ago 16M users on installed platforms $500M / year advertiser spend waiting to onboard Delivered impressions scaling 10x MoM as we connect supply with demand Competing head-to-head with two other credible platforms — and moving faster. Building and scaling core infrastructure Solving novel technical and product challenges with high ambiguity Driving technical direction with high ownership and autonomy Solving problems with the end user in mind Full-stack development experience Strong problem-solving ability in ambiguous technical / product areas Experience building and scaling distributed systems Practical experience with LLMs and AI infrastructure Proven track record of ownership and autonomous execution Strong communication skills Solve cutting-edge advertising challenges with AI Shape the future of generative advertising Operate in a flat hierarchy with high ownership and autonomy Competitive compensation and equity Be part of a small, talented, fast-moving founding team in San Francisco Stock Option Plan
Founding Software Engineer
Please read in full : As a founding engineer, you’ll work across our entire stack to build and scale our contextual advertising network for AI tools. You’ll have significant influence over technical direction and full autonomy. Our immediate priority is backend engineering, but full-stack experience is a strong bonus.
Compensation and what we offer :
- Salary Range : $150,000 – $300,000 USD, depending on experience and scope of contribution
- Equity : Ranging from $100,000 – $300,000 USD based on experience and contribution
- Location : Remote to start. We plan to establish an office in San Francisco, California, where the role will transition to on-site.
