Descripción del trabajo
  • Experience : 10+ years in BFSI or fintech domain, with at least 4 years as a Product Owner.
  • Strong understanding of payment ecosystems (Visa, ACH, SWIFT).
  • Proficiency in Agile / Scrum frameworks and tools (JIRA, Rally).
  • Familiarity with API integrations , microservices , and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure).
  • Knowledge of risk management , compliance , and financial regulations .
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog using Agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align product features with business objectives.
  • Drive development of payment processing , fraud prevention , and settlement features .
  • Ensure compliance with PCI DSS , ISO 20022 , and other regulatory standards.
  • Monitor product KPIs such as transaction success rates, latency, and fraud detection metrics.
