Qualifications Minimum Qualifications and Essential Functions : High school diploma or equivalent is necessary. Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivator with a knack for working independently. Proficient computer and technical skills, that help support the best customer solutions. Reliable personal vehicle (where applicable), valid driver license, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license in good standing within the state of current residence. Physical Abilities : Work environment includes sitting, standing, and walking. Ability to work full time. Preferred Qualifications : Bilingual preferred to support effective communication with diverse employee and / or customer populations. Base salary at time of hire : $45,000, plus commissions. Commissions are estimated and not guaranteed. Earning potential varies based on individual sales performance and are subject to the terms of applicable commission plan(s). Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate / range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $45,000- $67,013.00 / year.
